At PityPetal, every piece is carefully handmade and thoughtfully prepared before it begins its journey to you. We believe beautiful jewellery deserves beautiful handling — from us to your hands.


Order Processing Time

Each item is handmade or carefully quality-checked before dispatch.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

During peak periods (such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or promotional events), processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, we will clearly communicate any updates.


Gift-Ready Packaging

Every PityPetal piece is gift-ready as standard.

Your jewellery will be:

  • Carefully placed in our branded jewellery box or designed card

  • Protected for safe transit

  • Ready for gifting or a special personal moment

No pricing information is included in the parcel.


Shipping & Delivery

We ship from the United Kingdom using trusted Royal Mail or courier services for UK domestic orders. 

United Kingdom

We are pleased to offer flat-rate UK shipping of £2.00 on all orders, regardless of order value by Royal Mail 48 tracked by default, or free by selection Royal Mail Second Class. 

All UK orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).


Delivery Method – Royal Mail 48

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 (Tracked Service).

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch

  • Tracking included

  • Delivery confirmation provided

Royal Mail 48 is a reliable tracked service designed to deliver within two working days from dispatch. While most parcels arrive within this timeframe, delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by seasonal demand or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.


Important UK Delivery Information

  • Delivery time begins after dispatch, not from the date of order.

  • Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

  • During peak seasons (such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or Mother’s Day), delivery times may be slightly extended.

  • A parcel is considered lost only after 10 working days from the expected delivery date, in line with Royal Mail guidelines.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your parcel, please check with household members and neighbours first. If further assistance is required, we will support you in raising an enquiry with Royal Mail.

International Orders

We are pleased to offer flat-rate international shipping of £5.00 on all overseas orders, regardless of order value.

All international parcels are dispatched from our UK studio within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).


Delivery Method – Royal Mail International Standard

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard.

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days for Europe

  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 working days for the rest of the world

  • Non-tracked service (tracking is not included)

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and local postal partners. Delays may occur due to customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand.

Please note that International Standard is an untracked service. If you require tracking for added security, please contact us before placing your order to arrange a tracked upgrade (additional fees will apply).


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.


 International Delivery Responsibility

A parcel will be considered lost only after:

  • 25 working days from the date of dispatch (Europe)

  • 30 working days from the date of dispatch (Rest of World)

If your order has not arrived after this period, please contact us and we will assist with a postal enquiry.

Once the parcel leaves the United Kingdom and enters the destination country, delivery is handled by the local postal authority.


Tracking

Where a tracked service is offered, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery due to absence at the delivery address

  • Parcels returned to us due to address errors

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.


Customs, Duties & International Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you.

Claims for lost parcels must be made within:

  • 14 days (UK orders)

  • 30 days (International orders)

We reserve the right to wait for the official courier investigation period to conclude before issuing replacements or refunds.

We recommend selecting a tracked service for added security.
